Half-breeds exist for elves and dwarves, but not for beastmen, and only if their other parent is human. Ergo, no Elf-dwarves sadly. Half-bloods aren't very common though and they retain similar traits to their non-human parent. As such, a half-elf will never be [i]as[/i] strong as a human, but will possibly be stronger than an elf. Half-dwarves will have [i]incredible[/i] difficulty swimming, but will likely be taller than the average dwarf.

Beastmen only give birth to beastmen though, no matter who they make the bebbies with.

Anyway, you don't need to worry about that stuff. As stated, this is an anime RP, so not everything will be excruciatingly realistic. The recruitment process mentioned in the first post is mostly in case any of the people who joined initially end up leaving. Thus, there's no shortage of ways for new applicants to join the story. NPC crew will be recruited when/if necessary through multiple means, but you've definetely got the right of it.
