One of her dads, Riley Wells, is the communications and media teacher, and this unfortunately doesn't make his job easy. Her other dad, Mason, is a sex therapist and is the one that has nicknamed her Hellcat. She decided to take that nickname and wear it like a patch on an MC jacket. Prior to junior year, she was simply an extremely attractive goth girl that minded her business and delved deep into the party scene. She was sexualized by the upperclassmen since Freshmen year, which would be the start of her growing anger for the school as a whole. She decided to be what everyone wanted her to be and that was a slut. If the school needed a sex symbol, she'd give them exactly that. Truth be told she is passionate on quite a few social and political issues happening in the world today and has a lot to say about them but only talks about her opinions to people she trusts. Spring semester of Junior year is when her anger reached its tipping point and she stopped giving a fuck about everything. Her friend, Amy, was destroyed and she took that personally. From then on, she decided this school was a joke and that her peers who loved petty drama just wanted to see things burn. Fine, she'll do just that and show them what it feels like to have your wishes come true.

Thankfully, he was able to keep up with his studies due to two girls adopting him during Freshmen orientation. They are now his best friends: Katie Callaghan and Kimber Benson. People pitied him and he [i]hated[/i] that feeling. 

He thought it would stop there but then he went through a massive growth spurt sophomore year and his peers started looking at him [i]differently[/i]. That was the same year he decided to join the swimming team. Swimming was something he enjoyed most of his life. He needed to channel his emotions somewhere and the water was the first thing that came to mind. His mother loved the water; it was the reason he wanted to try it competitively prior to arriving at BHHS. Little did he know that he'd be the reason the swimming team qualified for regionals. That same year was also when his little sisters came in, Autumn & Summer, and they immediately found the spotlight, joining the cheer team and being popular princesses. That, of course, only made things worse. 

It wasn't until junior year that most of his class, besides his best friends who already knew, realized that he was AJ Tyler's cousin. His late mother being the sister of AJ's dad. AJ, as you know, was loud and proud, leading the charge of the Gearheads. The attention didn't last long because at the same time his classmates found their place in the hierarchy and were more focused on who was fucking who and what people were wearing. He would like to thank Katie's brother for redirecting everyone's attention to all the chaotic happenings at the school that had nothing to do with him. [i]Finally[/i] Niles was able to find some kind of peace and quiet. While he knew others still noticed him, seeing how they barely knew him and still waved at him in the halls, he wasn't the kid whose mom died. He wasn't the kid that knows how to work the water and was the only reason the swimming team didn't get cancelled. He wasn't the kid with the two cute little sisters that seniors loved to flirt with. [indent]Effortlessly, Jonah Goldstein has gone his school years hidden in plain sight. Even when his nephews Mordechai and Danny Boaz moved to LA, to stay with him and his brothers, he still went unnoticed. It wasn't until the summer after freshmen year that rumors started going around about an anonymous social game night, emulating a pop-up club. The marketing campaign was digital and the guest list was 'random'. Those that were on the list received a text invite that gave them a date, time, place and a QR code, as well as a requirement for them to get past the entrance. The first 'Game Night' was masquerade theme and the requirement was to come wearing a mask. Simple enough. This entrepreneurial venture would change his reputation forever. At least for those in the know. 

Before we dive into that, we must understand first impressions of Jonah. He is calm, controlled, and cerebral. He doesn't need to avoid the spotlight because he carries himself with enough confidence, charisma and credibility to blend in. He isn't making demands like the Hive or recreating a Jackass skit like the Elite. He could careless about love like the Candies and he sees no need to flaunt his skills like Theodore Van Cise. Most of his peers would consider him a loner at first glance. He doesn't actively seek people out. He doesn't need to. If someone wants to find him, they will. It isn't hard if you're actually looking. Ask Athena. She was good at finding him in the crowd. Then again, Athena Helmsley is good at finding people with potential. And Jonah? He's a diamond in the rough. All he needs is a little polishing.  

Jonah's apathy, aloofness and ability to direct and redirect conversations, like a conductor, likely is another reason why he goes unnoticed even if he is right there, a couple of tables away. He doesn't deliberately avoid but he certainly doesn't like his time being wasted. He has tired, deep brown eyes that sizes you up the moment you're in eyesight and it only gets worse the closer you get to him. Once you see him, truly see him, for all that he is, then he is hard to miss. 

Now, we go back to the first Game Night. High risk, high reward. An abandoned church. A surprisingly sophisticated and organized event, for how out of the blue it appeared, and incredibly [i]exclusive[/i]. That's the narrative students decided to buy. To be honest, he'd like to thank a couple of media people, who are incredibly good at their job and spinning tales. They'd feed off of any lead, and he'd obliged by sending whispers throughout the web. They helped bring the hype to his opening night and when time came, they met him. Or well, his persona. His peers were introduced to the [url=https://www.elvisschmoulianoff.com/uploads/5/2/7/7/5277976/6300592_orig.jpg]Ringleader[/url], who wore a skull mask and an outfit to match the theme. At the end of the night, when there were winners, losers, and addicts, people gambling to their heart's content, he took off his mask, only to reveal that his face was painted, his hair was dyed, and he was still unrecognizable. 

That's the thing. The Ringleader is quite notorious at Beverly Hills High. His Game Nights only getting bigger and better each time he throws another event. The students now use the Game Nights as a means to be fashion forward like they're attending the Met Gala but Jonah? Jonah is just a boy, enjoying his quiet days until he graduates. The Ringleader is Jonah but no one knows who the Ringleader is and that in itself is a game. Want to play?

He knows that while he has a high IQ, there's some things he can only learn from people who have a better hand. He isn't one to let his pride and ego get in his way while he walks down the path of success. He might not have had the best hand dealt to him but he sure as hell is going to play his hand well.
