I’m staring intently at some of the sculpture work done, letting my feet carry me where they want to go, when Nic’s words cause me to falter. I look down, blushing. Levi looks back at Terry and glares at his second. I can’t help but smirk. I wasn’t sure Caden would mention Kimiko’s importance to him, but I’m glad he did because the reaction was priceless.

Levi shifts in his seat and looks back at Caden. “I have not.”

“I have,” Terry chimes in. I glance at Terry, who is glaring at me. I resist the urge to roll my eyes. Of course, Terry has. I keep making eye contact with Terry until Caden speaks.
