Hand and leg gauntlets - Gauntlets on both his arms and leg that help with releasing excess steam from his quirk so as to not be burnt up by the remaining steam, he can also utilize it to send out a surprise blast of hot steam at his opponent along with partially increasing the speed of his punches. 

Flame-storing heels - Heels on his leg gauntlets that store excess flames Kaiga can release them to boost his speeds utilizing them along with his gauntlets that release the excess steam he can speed up to higher levels

Explanation of quirk
Kaiga's quirk Swirly Blaze takes the form of old Japanese pictures of flames he can release these flames as an offensive measure but they need access to air to grow and not flutter out. While Kaiga does have a natural tolerance for his quirk using it creates steam he has to release or he'll risk over heating.
