They opt for platform boots before reentering their bedroom just in time for Avery to say they’re going to Cassi’s house. Nero internally groans, not knowing if their presence will help or hinder.

They watch as Caden still argues on the phone and goes into his closet to pick something for him. They come out with two options; a suit or a more casual ensemble and hold them up for Caden to choose from.
