Part of a good bartender’s job is to be friendly and make good small talk with patrons. All due respect, you seemed incredibly nervous up until stepping behind the counter, and the moment you did, you started talking to me like you’ve owned a bar for decades yourself and it was just another day, another dollar. You got switches on you? ‘Cause I’d sure say it feels like you flipped one.
