Avery had stopped to get a baseball cap from his room and running shoes before he slipped outside to start stretching. He wore the hat backwards with the Chicago Blackhawks logo in near pristine condition. He was stretching out his calves when the hair on the back of his neck started to prickle. 

Avery spun around and captured Kimiko in his arms before she could jump on him again. [color=#B0C4DE]”Not this time, little fox,”[/color] Avery said and kissed her nose before letting her go.
