That is a good question, Oliva could be the neighbor of someone and/or classmate of one of the younger rangers.

Also [@Damo021] Cleo and Olivia have a lot in common. Both are bi, they like gaming, though probably different genres, and they both are into dancing. I'm not complaining or anything, as they are also different in some ways. I just though I would point it.
