Caden picked up on how distracted Nero was when they didn't even exclaim when he squeezed their side. Instead, Caden left a comforting hand on their waist while they spoke. 

Caden nodded in agreement. He didn't want to risk Nero's safety anymore than they had to. If that meant not going to Hell, Caden was fine with it. Even if it meant losing out on answers they might want or need.
