Sounds great! Then I'll get working on it and put it up here for review once it's done. Related, sure, tell me about those Witch Hunters.
So in general, think holy magic for them. They're paladins, exorcists, priests, clerics, etc. they have specific anti-witchcraft effects, weapons, and incantations. Their heavy units are going to resemble knights templar's. Their "spellcasters," will largely be applying buffs to their heavy units instead of straight out combat. They often work in pairs for this reason. A single pair of them can clear the deck of a ship on their own, so any run ins you may have had thus far probably has ended in your retreat. For a hemomancer, the church would likely send a heavily armored unit to ensure there is little chance of him shedding blood. Bishop Gregor is a knight with a suit of armor named "Platemail of Righteousness," which is imbued with a blessing that blocks ALL magical attacks. He wields a great sword. Meaning the only known way to defeat him is to overcome his swordplay with physical attacks of your own. Seems like a good enough rival to a hemomancer, eh?
