Official OOC is up! Please look over the CS again as additional sections were added, both minor and major [Attributes]. Attribute List has been added as well. It's a mountain of text so please don't feel rushed, take your time with everything.

edit: I will be adding a Clan section to highlight PC & Canon Clans. As well as further definitions of Bakudo, Hado, etc. But for now, League of Legends is calling my name, so....
