[b]Description:[/b] The noble Willowsteel, steadfast and devout. He was the father of Sev Willowsteel, and ruled Nordor with fairness and uprightness. Even in the dark days of the feudal kingdoms, with cities fighting for control, Arthur never dishonored himself or his fellow duke or duchess. He would often find ways to move forward that decreased bloodshed, and that meant a lot of peace talks.

It was through these peace talks that he became fast friends with Duke Rhinecliff of Odonfield. When King Ludwig II united the cities, Arthur was hesitant at first, but it was Duke Rhinecliff's advice that sold Arthur on the idea that following this particular king would prove beneficial. And it had. Nordor thrived under the king's rule, and Arthur died a peaceful death due to sickness, thus transferring rule to his only heir, Sev Willowsteel.
