Nero tries their best to explain the memories and spares no detail. They cling tightly to Caden as they recall Mundus’ treatment towards them, towards Cassi, and his interest in Caden. [color=#9B111E]“But I promise he didn’t send me here to entrap you.”[/color] They add in quickly, worried that it might come across that way. They continue on into the distorted memory of Mundus and his sister.

[color=#9B111E]“I think… Eulb Yui might have altered my memories of Mundus… or something when she killed me…”[/color] Nero gasps and moves to look up at Caden, resting their chin on his chest. [color=9e0b0f]“I forgot - Cassi says she’ll help finish the bond!”[/color] Declaring this to him helps distract Nero from the painful memories, a much needed silver lining.
