[b]Arcana Abyss[/b]

[indent]A pack of 78 divination cards that can be used to read an individual's energy or attack them. The deck has two parts. The 22 cards of the Major Arcana can be used like Abysmal Energy bombs. While the 56 Minor Arcana can read surrounding energies.

It's imperative that Bastian figures out if he's up against a friend or foe before use. Once a card is used, that's it, it's gone. A new deck of cards will need to be acquired for further use. Simply recharging the remaining part of the deck with Abysmal Energy, will not work. 

-Major Cards used as bombs, explode upon impact.
-Minor Cards used to read energy, become normal cards after usage.[/indent]

[b]Holy Water[/b]

[indent]Water can be life granting! But it can also grant the ability for Bastian to become invisible to nearby enemies, if the water was filtered through Abysmal Energy. But as pure drinking water is scarce, it becomes a bit of a guessing game if the liquid concoction is going to kill him or not.

To use it, he can't simply drink it and [i]viola[/i]- [i]invisible man[/i]. No, he must take a sip and then hold it in his mouth. Things like running away from an enemy, become difficult, if you can't catch your breath with a big gasp of air. And while it might make him [i]physically [/i]invisible, the sounds he makes can still be heard.[/indent]

[b](Locked) Corvid Eye[/b]

[indent]Flight, albeit briefly. It's more like hovering mixed with gliding. Long distances are not possible, nor is achieving higher altitudes from a single low starting point.[/indent]

[b]Goal:[/b] The current goal is to continue his life with indifference. Bastian is done caring, but he's also done fighting- [i]For any side[/i]. He just wants to live and let live in whatever shattered reality has been left behind. 

[b]Personality:[/b] He's quiet, but that's mostly out of not wanting the frustration of dealing with others. But he can be rather bubbly, under certain happier circumstances. 

[b]History:[/b] It's been a little over two decades since Bastian lost his little brother, Maddox, to an Umbra attack in his neighborhood. At first he was considerably angry and decided to fight Umbra by joining up with Ghost Corp forces. But over the years, he's grown weary of Ghost's bullshit too.

So, figuring he'd had just about enough, Bastian turned to religion one night after slipping away from a Ghost base he'd been stationed at. He'd heard the stories and desperately wanted to believe them. But the stories about the Benefactor turned out to be just a thing priests used as a tool to control the population... or at least, that's what he believes now.

So now, Bastian feels he's seen and been through enough. He just wants a break from it all. Now considers himself a truly Lawless individual, even among the Lawless.
