UPDATE: I have looked at the Fate system and I don't think I will be using it for this RP but I'm going to incorporate a few concepts from it.

I also wanted to clarify to anyone considering a carrier that might be dissuaded by there already being one. Because of maintaining the stealth drive and other resources for the Fleet, Shinano will not be as effective as a carrier without these restraints.
