Ohh, man...I'm so sorry to say this, especially with how much impressive work you put into that sheet, but that character isn't eligible because he originated as a manga character. To be eligible, a character has to originate as a video game character. Having a game made from the property later doesn't satisfy this rule. I can't allow Goku, Naruto, and Luffy for the same reason. This is the rule from the OP that pertains to that:

Geralt is the only exception because I'm an ignoramus who didn't know that he started as a book character and accepted him before learning that. Again, I'm terribly sorry about this. I understand if this would take the wind out of your sails and you wouldn't want to continue, but if you'd be willing to apply as a video game character, I'd still absolutely love you have you.
