I was considering a naval RP recently, but my idea was that the players owned/operated a Los Angeles Class attack submarine in the Atlantic and pitted them against a Soviet Fleet. But this works too.
I'll choose the IJN [url=https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Japanese_cruiser_Kumano]Kumano[/url], a Mogami Class Heavy Cruiser with 10x 200mm guns, 8x 127mm guns and an assortment of Anti-Aircraft guns.
