Traffic was thick with the noon time rush, and there were several locations where Caden's quick reflexes paid off. After the last close call though, Caden's hand tightened on the gear shift.

Avery wrapped his arms around Kimiko's waist once she was free from all her gear. He smiled down at her. There was a slight height difference between the two of them, one Avery enjoyed. Although, if she had been his exact height or even taller, he wouldn't have overly minded. .
