[@World Traveler] Currently crafting my 'Hogwarts acceptance letter #2', so I would like to know this as well. Or rather, I would like to know who would have been in charge with changing the staffing (if the headmaster was changed as well). 

(edit: I presumed McGonagall for now. I'll change it when word from GM comes in)
