I'm putting you into a temporary timeout energy consumption wise until you can learn to control your hunger.

This will subdue your energy, keeping you at a point that you can still function enough to do your job, but you wont have the energy to lash out at anyone.  As far as your 'hunger'... I'm working on a solution. I just ask that you bare with me.
