The reapply would be for if they were removed and, I assume, would mean they'd have to submit their character sheet again. That part seems pretty clear cut. 

I guess this is a way to encourage activity, though...

That being said, I will start working on a post this evening and plan to have it up tomorrow night. Now that character relationships have been established and the dynamic between them has started to be etched out in the story, I'm going to be advancing the FF plot with an actual adventure over the next few posts. Then, from there, they'll be in a position to interact with the greater world and the characters within.
