[indent]A capo of the House of Cards, Gianno started from humble beginnings, only gaining any attention in the mafia due to his abstraction. He followed orders faithfully, and was certain that he would be granted Underboss a few years after his new rank as capo.

Alas, the promotion never came. Phantasia chose Isabella, a woman with a remarkably less interesting abstraction, to be Underboss. Needless to say, Gianno was furious. He even attempted to kill Isabella a number of times to open the position again, but was unsuccessful. 

When the Castles were integrated into the House, Gianno and Fox immediately didn't get along. Fox was suspicious of Gianno, and Gianno was frustrated he didn't have as much freedom to go about his scheming. So, Gianno resigned himself to live quietly within the ranks of the House, waiting, biding his time.

Now with Valencia as the new Boss, he hopes to not only get the promotion he deserves, but the promotion he needs: Not Underboss. No, his eyes are on Boss. [/indent]

[indent]Gianno possesses a strong abstraction, granting him enhanced mental power. This mental power can be harnessed in a variety of attacks. When he uses his abilities, his tattoos glow white.

[i]Expanding Mental Bolts[/i]

A discount version of Mental Bombs, Gianno is able to cast a bolt of psychic energy from his hand. When it connects with a physical object, the psychic energy will expand rapidly, creating a small explosion that can splinter wood and toss aside small objects. These are less taxing to cast.

[i]Mental Bombs[/i]

A deluxe version of Expanding Mental Bolts, Mental Bomb starts as an egg of unstable psychic energy in the palm of Gianno's hand. It can then be shot in any direction, and where it connects with a physical object, it will rapidly expand with enough force to crack and crumble steel and concrete. The emotional-fields of Lux-wielders protect them from instantaneous death, instead causing crushing and flinging damage. 

[i]Psychic Warfare[/i]

A mental attack directly on the mind, where Gianno uses psychic energy to force his way past the emotional-field of his target. Once inside, he can cause havoc. Confusion, migraines, hallucinations, distorted sensations, such as numbness or feeling pain where there is none. He can even cause a psychic overload directly to the mind, shutting it down and causing someone to be knocked out cold.
