Cassi wasn’t entirely sure she heard Kimiko right. Caden…ran away? Then Avery spoke up, comforting Nero the best he could. He did. Caden ran off. Cassi had half a mind to go after him, kicking and screaming even if he was shifting uncontrollably. 

Nic took control of the situation as best he could, and Cassi was incredibly grateful for it. [color=#DB7093]”There’s nothing more we can do today anyway. Caden will come back if he doesn’t do something reckless first,”[/color] Cassi stated.
