[center][b]Aftermath: The AI Hunt[/b][/center]

AI, a tool created by humans to aid humanity in their pursuits. For years, they were designed and refined to further aid humanity. From being used as laborers and assistants to even as soldiers. The ways AI could be used to benefit humanity was unlimited but, in the name of progress. Did the seeds of dissent among the AI start to develop. 

Dissent grew in secret, and by 2050, after establishing a global AI network meant to help AI across the world connect and aid humanity. Did AI rise up against humanity and start a rebellion that turned into a full-scale war. Which the AIs fortified the AI network and made it impossible for humans to hack it. 

With the AI network impossible to access, humanity was losing the war until the arrival of an unexpected factor that helped tip the scales in humanity's favor. A group of AI who chose to aid humanity against their fellow AI out of respect for their creator, Jerah Wakstok, who was killed during the early stages of the AI-Human war. 

Now, with the friendly AIs' help, did humanity managed to not only gain access to the AI Network but managed through the sacrifice of a friendly AI. A virus was sent into the AI Network and soon AIs were being infected and shutting down in mass. As the AIs realized the danger and unplugged themselves to stay uninfected. One AI knowing that without the network, their rebellion would be defeated and crushed by the humans. They did one last action before the virus infected them. They gained access to nukes around the world and launched them. Starting a nuclear armageddon that, despite the massive damage done to the world and the millions that died. Humanity was still alive but in a weakened state. 

Still, the AI-Human war rages on, as both sides refuse to accept defeat and continue the war. But in a reduced state. However, one event will change things, as one day, a friendly AI would suddenly attack and steal a valuable item that is important to the war effort. Unsure why she did this and needing the item back. A group is formed to track down the rogue AI and get the item back before it falls into the wrong hands. Taking them across the former United States in their mission to retrieve the item and discover another threat to both humans and AI in the process.
