Had to actually think about this, and the answer I came up with is... not really, but there has been a bit of scare that things [i]might[/i] get bad at some point. It's unclear and it might just be fearmongering, but part of the discussion around Rothscar and their political direction has been "Are we going to run out of materials at some point? If so, what are we going to do about that?" since Rothscar handles a lot of that side of things, and talks about expanding territory to try and locate more materials has been thrown around. Topaz in particular has made some pretty bold claims about that actually.

Plus, a decent amount of materials and the efforts of crafters are being pooled into the upcoming Festival. Skobeloff would remember hearing hubbub about how some dragons think the Festival shouldn't be held this year because of that and other reasons, but it's largely and unpopular opinion.

Basically, it's not too bad, but there is like... a sense of panic about that.
