I might be interested. I have never tried a Nation RP before. I just want to clarify my understanding and I have a few questions. 

1) You are not developing an individual character sheet but a nation state that belongs in this setting? So you are dictating culture, world building, technology, etc. 
2) Do you then also play the ruler of the nation? Or you develop a separate character sheet for who will be interacting with the other nations? or do you play a host of NPCs who live in the nation state?
3) I noticed you posted a discord server. Will roleplay happen on discord or on the site?
4) What will bring characters together to interact? 

I am trying to get an idea of how posting and roleplay will work for this.
