Ludvig perked up from slouching his head on his horse's saddle as he heard Carnatia's arguments. He briskly walked back, towards the team and especially her.

Bumped his two fists together, and gestured an explosion.

He glanced at the rest of the team and chuckled for a bit, then clasped his face again and groaned, bruising his nose a little with the sunglasses' nose pads.

He crosses his arms and palms his right cheek.

If all of this holds true, this would mean that his real target is not the 'General' but the 'witch'... Curses. This might be a problem further down the road. Stupid as it sounds, he could only hope that he doesn't find said 'witch' attractive.
Remembering that she sent brutes to torture and experiment on some harmless clerics surely already helps immensely on that regard.

Wait, he thought. Is this why the team has two ex-inquisitors?
