She could be at Mad Hatter's when they get there if you want them to meet your OC before the arrest.

Edit: Oh yeah. We were talking in the OOC earlier and everyone seems to like the idea of replacing Kairi with Kida from Atlantis as a Princess of Heart so we could go through that movie.
