Ohhh I think I know what happened here. It's just a little miscommunication. 

They probably thought I meant they couldn't post in the IC without approval. I was, in fact, talking about your CS being posted in the character thread. Like how Citrus said. No worries. I'm sure the GM will find it there.

When you say trapped, what do you mean exactly? Cause everyone can come and go as they please but seeing as most are monsters who don't look human, they probably just don't want to leave. No one is actually 'trapped' in the apartment complex.
