For one thing, the 'difference' between the words is completely arbitrary(and in character's case basically made up). Personality, as given its definition in basically every reliable source, encompasses all of those traits. This includes numerous sources from psychological institutes in addition to simply sources focusing on the meaning of the word. "Character", on the other hand, is often used to describe if someone is likely to "do the right thing". It can even be used to describe someone's personality. You seem to be using personality to refer to someone's attitude, honestly.

It wouldn't be so bad if that was the only problem here, but you also seem to be insulting nearly everyone have ever RPed with including several close friends and that's really kind of upsetting to see.
