After all, the Sharingan is the eye that reflects the heart, not just for the clan but to others as well, the Sharingan sees emotions but don't guarantee complete grasp. The Sharingan can make the user grow stronger through channeling strong emotions, like adrenaline, but permanent raise in chakra levels, they'd often exhibit telekinetic push/pull when in adrenaline.
