[@Herald] Another excellent questions, and this is exactly why I have the relationship sheets available. Everyone has been in this city for at least a few years, if not generations. It's possible that detectives have gotten into scraps with the mafias, or a mafia has had cultists at their door. The news is pretty dedicated to reporting Gyft use, so any fights that break out would definitely be reported. People would have a reputation of being 'the lion', or 'the skeleton key'. 

However, the best way to discover what people know about each other, and if they have any history, would be to PM each other and discuss. 

But yes, I think everyone would have a general reputation that would be somewhat known. :)
