► Ella's life was difficult before she moved to Beacon Hills. Her parents were quick to anger and would get mad at her for even the slightest of mistakes. Her brother was the only person who cared for her, and she was fiercely protective of him.

Ella was born a wolf, so she had been exposed to the supernatural world since she was a child. However, it wasn't until she turned fourteen and her parents died that she and her brother became omegas. Her brother was sixteen at the time and had to take care of her, or they would be separated.

Ella moved to Beacon Hills to start anew and escape the fights she used to get into at her old school.

► Ella is an independent person who believes that she can do everything on her own. Unfortunately, this has caused her to lose some friends in the past. However, when she does let someone into her life, she cares for them with all her heart and will do anything to protect them. Initially, she tends to be a bit standoffish with new people because she doesn't trust them easily. She loves music and spends a lot of time singing quietly to herself, too soft for humans to hear but audible to wolves. Although she tends to have a more melancholic nature, she is very easy to get along with when she is happy.

► Even though her strong strong will of wanting to deal with everything on her own is a strength it's biggest downfall that makes it one of her weaknesses is she doesn't know how to accept help. 
► How much she lets her trauma affect her. If something reminds her of her trauma she runs, she is constantly fighting flashbacks that have only been made worse through her years of being a wolf.
