Madison was startled by the sudden appearance of Deadpool and his voice but then settled down. She watched, though confused at first still she started to find it amusing. When the initial poke happened with Dr. Strange tried to be sneaky even though he figured it may not happen. Madison flinched and closed her eyes when she remembered being told not to look at the needle. But she could feel tears form in her eyes as she whimpered. 
Dr. Strange placed a gauze over it to help keep it out of sight as well as soak up any escaping blood from the insertion. "Watch Mr. Wade, Madison. It's alright, trying to console her." 
Madison nods while she starts to sniffles and look over to Deadpool to distract herself from the pain and pressure she felt from it. 

"Gotta make sure to not underestimate a butler." Impressed with this Alfred. Logan could see her was full of surprises.
