[@ERode] Oh yes that's true. She's not an official attack, she's a distraction.... Ahhhhhhh, now I'm kinda going back and forth here. I don't want to tie anyone up in a scene when they can easily move ahead in another scene. So, if it's alright, [@Little Bird], I'm going to say that people can still move and use their resources even if they're being attacked or if there is some conflict in their districts. A way to make it fair is to have enough NPCs to handle anything that comes your way, and to attack as much as you want with the resources you have during the round. If Asterion attacks 93rd Street, Glyde can defend as well as do any number of other actions alongside. Glyde could even send NPCs to sabotage Nickel. (Not attack, cause thats expensive, but definitly sabotage). :p There, I think freedom is the way to go.
