[@evierose] Yess, good point. Personnel can also be traded, just like Wealth. Except instead of cash, you're trading people.

[@Little Bird] I still think I disagree, the strongest case being Emily and Antonia. Antonia gave men to Emily, which affected the Personnel of each. I believe Wealth and Personnel are both seperate mechanics that can come in handy depending on how they are used. If someone kidnapped all your people, how would I mark that down in your 'wallet'?
