[@Xaltwind] Don't feel like you always gotta include each and every thing from a round, at least not on my account. We're all just kind of interacting at the moment, and I've never really seen the need for a dedicated "Posting Initiative Order" outside of something like combat or time-sensitive scenarios. Since you're controlling multiple characters and the environment, no need to unduly burn yourself out. 

Given the farm-sim nature of things, it might help reduce stress on your end if any NPCs the Players can't currently see/interact with just get a sort of "Status Report" every once in a while, like "The Miner(s) returned with: Copper Ore x3, Coal x10, Stone x5" or whatever. Not to discourage you from writing up their exploits, of course, just saying for the sake of reducing GM-load.
