Merlin watched in silence as the light was pulled from Lucian, and disappeared inside Morgan. There was a long few moments, before he ran his fingers through his beard in thought. "Hmm, that should be all that is required to..." and then, was cut off by a sharp breath from Morgan, making him jump a bit. "Aha, that did it!". He stepped up quickly, placing a hand on Morgan's forehead. "It shouldn't have taken quite that long... but I'm no expert in these things. Why, from my knowledge, such an act of removing ones heart at will like that should not even be possible." Merlin held out his other hand, which radiated a glowing light, and he waved it over her, as if inspecting her health through magic. "What is perhaps equally as strange is that, when she appeared, she did so from a Corridor of Darkness, an incredibly dangerous way to travel between worlds. And yet, she seems wholly unaffected." He let out a long sigh, as he stepped back. "I don't know what to make of it, but full glad am I to see my student alive." He took another puff from his pipe, and blowing out a ring of smoke, said "Quite possibly the last living member in the line of the Pendragon Royal Line..." looking to Lucian, he said "Best not mention that bit to her... just yet." As if awoken by such a statement Morgan finally spoke as her eyes opened. "Mention what to who?" As she started to sit up, looking around in confusion. She looked at Lucian, then around the room she did not recognize. "Lucian? Where... am I? What happened?" She finally saw Merlin sitting in the corner, and while she could not remember before, the name came out naturally. "Master... Merlin? Where did you come from?" The old man gave a slight laugh at that. "Year after year I have told you, just Merlin will suffice." He gave a slight bow of his head, with an additional "Your highness." This only left her more confused, with a short "Your... highness?" As she looked to Lucian curiously, clearly not understanding the situation, or meaning of Merlin's words.
