[@Thayr] Excellent WIP so far, however I feel some of their magic may be a bit too overpowered. As long as building towers takes weeks to do instead of minutes or seconds, I might be able to swing with it. Remember that I am aiming for a Skyrim-level of magic. 

When the CS is complete, I will have another look.
