Ah, gotcha, I'm mostly going to be going with my own idea of conjuration, but truth be told it doesn't really matter how much effort they put in to control or conjure an element. It takes the same amount of effort to do either. By Effort I mean Soul and in case you're wondering by Soul I mean their own energy within them, not literally their own soul, but the energy within themselves. Other people would probably call it chi or chakra, or whatever, I prefer to call it Soul for this world and any world I use these Elements in.
