That's [i]usually[/i] how it goes. In a persistent-world RP (PW-RP) you can oftentimes just barge in like the Kool-Aide man (since all characters are established and agreed to as canon). Oh yeah.
-Technically nothing would be stopping them aside from ruffling some feathers OOCly.
