Oh she feels pain alright, if she didn't then she probably wouldn't care about the whole Iris thing. She just has a strange relationship with it because she's been around the block so many times and she's never in danger. 

Tl;dr, she feels pain fully but she doesn't care most of the time and it's just a vague irritation.
