Perry stared at Chrysi, eagerly awaiting for her to do something. Anything!

Why wasn't she attacking them? Perry had limited interactions with Chrysi but she heard things. Surely this wasn't the same girl in those stories who could cause untold amounts of chaos?

Then it hit her. Chrysi wasn't goading them. Sure she was being irritating, but she wasn't outright taunting them to get them to attack. Every attempt was to hold her there, to prevent doing damage to her that would end up hurting Mary, and by extension Guin and Annie. 

[color=E3867F]"She's stalling...."[/color] Perry said to herself. Of course, she was stalling them. For what, Perry did not know, but she could hazard a guess. [color=E3867F]"She's stalling!"[/color] Perr said it louder for everyone to hear.

[color=E3867F]"Was that enough for you to hear Chrysi? I don't know what you are salling for, but I'm through with the games."[/color]

At once, both Detective Ed and Barry sprang into action. Ed shot off his taser, hitting Chrysi but seemingly doing nothing. Detective Ed, meanwhile, managed to freeze her feet in place. Perry remained vigilant and ready. Whatever she was planning, it wasn't going to be good.
