Suzume Hanamoto Team 6 Nodding as he spoke she placed her plank on the water too, dragging the others towards the puddle as she went. Ofcourse. Teamwork, she could've guessed that by looking at the two squirts accompagnying her. What else would they test when getting to know eachother? She waited a moment untill the plank stabilized and then gracefully stepped on it without a moment's hesitation, and stand on it upright. It was hard to hide the smile that almost naturally formed on her face. Living in the Court of the Land of Iron had learned her a lot of things. How to look like she was paying attention while she was in fact partially asleep, how to nod and smile while you in fact wanted to stab the other person's eyes with a bent and unsharpened spoon, ... A lot of things, mostly useless when not at the court. But all of those things combined did teach her interesting abilities. Sitting straight or standing in the same gracefully elegant position for hours required a level of only equalled in monasteries, and a resistance against unecessary movements such as scratching, twitching or anything else that could disturb that delicate balance. This excercise was a piece of cake for her. Unless her teammates would make her day sour by dragging her under. No, she didn't trust the others for a bit. Teamwork was one thing, but a team was only as strong as the weakest link. And in no way she was intending to get soaked with muddy water because some clumsy teammate of hers would be unable to balance on a ridiculous plank in a laughably small pond.
