[@PatientBean] Few things!

1) She has too many traits. At rank 2, she gets 2 extra traits + any tied to her origin + quick learner as her occupation is student. I think keep the Surprising Power, for Edit Memory, and then pick one of the ones that's fame/beguiling/audience to keep? (I'd suggest famous). If you really wanna have 3, we can say that she swapped Quick Learner in for one of them. 

2) Add the tag Heroic :)

3) At rank 2, she should have 8 powers max -[s] with the addition of Surprising Power trait, she can then have 9.[/s] I think it would make sense to delete the brilliance powers entirely, as that brings her down to 10. All her other powers I think she has 100% used in the RP. However, Edit Memory is the more advanced version of Memory Blip and we waved that prereq, so maybe delete Memory Blip and that gets you down to 9 powers. I don't want to make you get rid of any others, so... I'm going to call this close enough.
