[@Herald] Yep, everyone is pretty much right. There is no punishment for running out of Wealth or Personnel. If you end up in a fight and you don't have anymore Personnel to lose, I'm not gonna start asking for NPC sacrifices. xD

And i have no issue with NPCs! Not yet, at least. When they reach like... fifteen, I'll probably put a cap. 🤔
