[*][u]Personality[/u]: Javal never cared much for crowds or big cities.  He preferred living and working in more remote places with smaller groups of people than the prospect of commercial flying from one large city to the next.  He's not truly a loner, though- he understands the importance of working with others and certainly doesn't have any intention of facing this new world by himself.

In coming to this new world, he resolves to take things very seriously despite the strangeness and vague resemblance to fantasy settings he remembers from his past life.  Having already died once, and he isn't going to take his chance at a new beginning lightly.
[*][u]History[/u]: In his past life, the one now known as Javal (taking the new name from his gaming moniker) was known by a different name.  There wasn't much to it- he was born to a stable middle-class family, attended college and got a degree in aviation, attended to flight school, and eventually obtained the certifications and experience to get hired as a pilot for small aircraft.  He never cared much for the city, preferring working with fewer people in more remote locales, and consequently he ended up taking a job as a bush pilot in Alaska.  The job was simple enough- he worked for a small discount outfit that shuttled small groups of people and light cargo to the remote parts of the region.

Unfortunately, the outfit that he signed up with for evidently didn't always keep up with maintenance.  On the return trip after making a delivery to a small village, his bush plane experienced engine failure while flying through rough winds and he did not walk away from the landing.  The only silver lining that he was the only one in the plane when it went down.

[*][u]Cheat[/u]: Falling Star Armor- Javal can summon or unsummon his armor at will.  While it provides some physical protection, its main property that it protects from falls that would kill or injure an ordinary person.  It also allows him to adjust and manipulate the direction of his trajectory, allowing him to have some control over where he lands when he is falling.  Further development may allow him to withstand hitting the ground at even higher vertical speeds or gain greater control over falling.
