[/center]The Raikiri is the most modern Hijutsu to date in the history of Hinoa:The Land of Fire alongside Konohagakure & its territories, invented to creed perfection by the Copy Ninja: Hatake Kakashi, the Raikiri is purple-lightning without noise,  backed by the rodlike dexterity of its users as the ideal Assassination Technique for Ninja in the Hatake clan. Described as an ultraelectromagnetical and weather—altering lightning rod, the Raikiri emits an electromagnetical barrier from the separation & collision of Yin-Yang Chakra, jet-propelling its users to an immersive speed, faster than sound, releasing both blinding light & scalding heat in the process. Raiton of B-Rank & below is either redirected or absorbed, the latter, replenishing chakra at the instigated Raiton Jutsu's chakra cost. It's considered equal to the Rasengan in terms of being one of the highest chakra manipulation and nature transformation, bar none.

[/center]When Raikiri is active, users can speed up the signals that are sent from the brain to the muscles to increase striking speed & cutting capabilities from barehanded attacks, this gives them assistive reaction time to overcome the tunnel vision. 

Unlike the Raiton Armor of most Raikage, the Raikiri Modes lacks Raiton Shunshin and the increasing parameters overtime by stacking lightning as this mode is built for speed, enough to run on air & emits ultra-electromagnetical barriers to negate incoming attacks, only when they're moving & if not, it doesn't activate. 

This mode has three functions, Ibukiken is for pounding opponents while Raikiriraishin redirects B-Rank Raiton & below, finally, Jibashiraiden emit currents of lightning, stronger than the Chidori Nagashi.
