Okay, so I think I'm 100% in on this RP if you have flexibility on those topics. I'd like to think on them more and make a proposal for ways to potentially improve / clarify them. 

As far as the school structure, just keeping it simple, I'd see it split into three phases. Phase 1, strengthening your Primary Category(ies) and identifying which Secondary Category(ies) you may excel in as well. Phase 2 would be refining your skills to the highest level achievable by normal means and identifying your "hidden potential" (changed from "true potential" because I think "hidden" sounds cooler). Phase 3 would be training your "hidden potential(s)" to explore their fullest. Once a student has mastered their "hidden potential(s)" they would graduate.

What do you think about that structure?

And if it isn't obvious, I would like to be faculty member in this RP. lol. I could also make a student character if you don't get many bites.
