My only hang-up with Nightcrawler would be explaining why he's operating solo rather than with the X-Men. The same can be said of Hawkeye with the Avengers, but Hawkeye does have a well-known solo run. I'm not saying a flat no off the cuff, but I'd need to see the application to be sold on it.
